The NIH implemented a new Data Management and Sharing Policy. The policy was approved three years ago and went info effect on January 25, 2023.
WVU offers consultations for PIs who need assistance with the new two-page template. The NIH is in a pilot implementation phase with the Federal Demonstration Partnership (FDP) this year. While DMS plans are required, they are not peer-reviewed at this time, the associated budgets are reviewed. Expect changes to this requirement in the future.
