A code is used to identify participants. The data is considered indirectly identifiable and NOT anonymous, anonymized or de-identified.	PHI with limited identifiers Limited Data Sets and De-identified Data Sets	All 18 identifiers have been removed by Expert Determination or the Safe Harbor method WV CTSI must certify that all clinical data is de-identified before transfer or sharing the information.
